Terms and Conditions

This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of RSPL Group (Baker by Chance) on following Terms and Conditions.

1. Buy Baker by chance product and get a cashback voucher, use the code to avail cashback INR 150/- (INR One Hundred and Fifty Only).
2. The campaign is valid for 3 months from 1st April 2024 to 30th June, 2024 (both dates included) in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
3. Offer is applicable and valid only one time per user, per house hold, per mobile number, per lifetime.
4. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
5. Baker by Chance products purchased as part of the Offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
6. Cashback code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
7. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of RSPL Group (Baker by Chance), and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
8. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
9. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, RSPL Group (Baker by Chance) and Kikoy promotions shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
10. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon the both the parties. Kikoy Promotions shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss. This offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations including lockdown restrictions caused due to the pandemic.
11. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, as well as all others associated with the development and execution of this Program, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Program, the awarding and use, misuse or possession of the prize including liability for personal injury, except where prohibited or limited by law.
12. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
13. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant agrees to waive off right of redemption on the date of expiry of Offer Period. No new Unique Code will be issued in the event of original being stolen/ lost by the Claimant or receiver.
14. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign, he might not receive campaign messages and RSPL Group (Baker by Chance) and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the same.
